Deck overview

This is a mono-green Treefolk "big mana" deck helmed by Fangorn, Tree Shepherd, built to turn a vigilant, high-toughness army into an enormous bank of persistent green mana. The core loop is simple: deploy ramp and discounted Treefolk, cast the 7-mana commander, swing with a resilient vigilance board, and float 10-20 green mana into a massive Genesis Wave or Last March of the Ents before finishing with Overwhelming Stampede. A toughness-matters subtheme (Assault Formation, Bedrock Tortoise, Treefolk Umbra) converts the commander's 10-toughness into lethal combat damage. There are no infinite combos - the deck wins through brute board presence, mana doubling, and one gigantic payoff turn. Omnath, Locus of Mana and the commander's mana-bank ability smooth the big X-spells, while planeswalkers Nissa, Who Shakes the World, Wrenn and Seven, and token engines provide standalone inevitability.
