Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai Hero-tribal +1/+1-counter deck built around Captain America, Team Leader. The commander converts every Hero that enters the battlefield into an immediate attacker: the newcomer gains haste and vigilance, and both it and the Captain get a +1/+1 counter. From there, the deck develops a wide, counter-heavy Hero army and wins through combat, using anthem effects like Avengers Assemble!, Chronicle of Victory, and Uncivil Unrest plus Akroma's Will to close out games. Cathars' Crusade, All Will Be One, and The Ozolith turn counter accumulation into reach and resilience. Secondary value comes from tribal draw engines such as Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler, Kindred Discovery, and Director Nick Fury, while a strong instant-speed interaction suite keeps opposing wipes and combos in check. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins by overwhelming combat inevitability and incremental card advantage.
