Deck overview

This deck is a focused Grixis group-slug strategy led by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The plan accelerates into Nekusar or redundant draw-punishers like Razorkin Needlehead and Spiteful Visions, then uses mass draw and discard spells like Windfall, Dark Deal, and Teferi's Puzzle Box to deal massive damage across the entire table. Symmetrical draw engines and wheel effects continuously refill your hand while stripping opponents of sculpted strategies. Amplifiers like Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph and Dictate of the Twin Gods turn modest card draws into lethal bursts. A resilient suite of cheap counterspells, equipment protection, and defensive permanents like Propaganda and Crawlspace keeps you alive against crackbacks. Even when opponents remove Nekusar, redundant damage sources, The Locust God, and Tergrid, God of Fright ensure the deck can close the game quickly.
