Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue mill deck commanded by The Mindskinner, a 10/1 unblockable Nightmare that converts all damage you deal to opponents into simultaneous mill for the entire table. The strategy develops by casting the commander on Turn 3 and attacking on Turn 4 to mill each player for 10 cards. On Turns 5 and 6, the deck accelerates its clock using damage amplifiers like Fireshrieker, copy spells like Irenicus's Vile Duplication, or mill doublers like Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Supported by efficient single-target interaction, tutor support, and phasing protection like Teferi's Veil, the deck steadily empties opposing libraries to achieve a table-wide elimination around Turn 7.
