Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a repeated-proliferate artifact-combo commander. He has haste, attacks immediately, and every time he becomes tapped he proliferates, turning attacks, Paradise Mantle, or Freed from the Real into extra counters. The primary plan is to charge Magistrate's Scepter with Coretapper, Kilo, and Aetheric Amplifier, then chain extra turns into a hard lock. Secondary paths win with Darksteel Reactor after exponential counter growth, with Astral Cornucopia + Filigree Sages for infinite mana, or through Tezzeret's artifact army/emblem. The deck is built around Kilo's tap trigger; he is single-faced, so there is no second face or hidden commander. Tutors and graveyard recursion make the counter engine consistent, but almost the entire plan depends on artifacts.
