Winter Soldiers Arsenal by Carpetwalker

Format: Commander

Commander: Winter Soldier, Icy Assassin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Orzhov Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Winter Soldier, Icy Assassin, a commander that grows with each Equipment attached and can recur itself from the graveyard. The primary game plan is to suit up Winter Soldier with a dense stack of Equipment-granting evasion, protection, and raw power-then grind out commander-damage wins across the table. The deck supports this with a robust recursion package (Unfinished Business, Vault 101: Birthday Party, The Cruelty of Gix) and a heavy protection suite including Voice of Victory and Conqueror's Flail to lock out opponent interaction on the combat turn. Secondary paths involve token swarms from Kemba, Kha Regent and beaters like Metalwork Colossus, but the primary kill is commander damage.
