Norman is on sabbatical, honey by xtn15

Format: Commander

Commander: Norman Osborn // Green Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Grixis discard-and-reanimate value engine helmed by the transforming Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. The front face is a cheap unblockable conniver that filters cards early, while the back face - Green Goblin - is the true engine, granting all graveyard spells a {2} discount and giving every nonland card in the graveyard mayhem (castable if discarded this turn). The deck floods its graveyard through a dense suite of looting and rummaging effects, then recasts those cards through mayhem, Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer, Emet-Selch of the Third Seat, and Chainer, Nightmare Adept. Payoffs like Magmakin Artillerist, Nico Minoru, Runaway, and Faith of the Devoted convert each discard into damage, while Archfiend of Ifnir and Bone Miser provide board control and value. The deck wins through incremental drain and combat pressure rather than a single combo turn.
