Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white lifegain midrange strategy commanded by Heliod, Sun-Crowned. It relies on a dense suite of low-mana Soul Sisters such as Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, and Daxos, Blessed by the Sun to convert every creature entering the battlefield into life total gains. Heliod translates this constant stream of lifegain into rapid +1/+1 counter distribution across your board. Simultaneously, the deck slows down faster opposing strategies with stax-lite pieces including Eidolon of Rhetoric, Authority of the Consuls, and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines. Victory is achieved either by overrunning opponents through wide combat damage backed by True Conviction and Moonshaker Cavalry, or by exploiting lifegain thresholds with alternate win conditions like Felidar Sovereign and Angel of Destiny. The list prioritizes resilient, on-curve board building and asymmetrical sweepers like Tragic Arrogance to systematically outlast the table.
