Small Soldiers by retrss34

Format: Commander

Commander: Myrel, Shield of Argive

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-white deck is a focused Soldier tribal token aggro strategy helmed by Myrel, Shield of Argive. Myrel provides a powerful asymmetrical lock (opponents can't cast spells or activate abilities on your turn) and builds an ever-growing army of Soldier tokens every time she attacks. The deck aims to go wide quickly, deploying cost-reducers and token doublers like Anointed Procession and Mondrak, Glory Dominus to explode the board state. It wins through overwhelming combat damage, often finishing with a single swing using Akroma's Will, Moonshaker Cavalry, or Legion Loyalty to give the army flying, double strike, or myriad. A dense protection suite and a handful of conditional counterspells defend the board and the commander during critical turns.
