low cost goblins by Umbra

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The Great Goblin is a command-zone burn engine that turns every counter placed on a Goblin, Orc, or Army into a 2-damage ping. This Rakdos list leans into that trigger with an amass package and a Blight subtheme: Sting-Slinger drains all opponents, while Warren Torchmaster, Gristle Glutton, and Scuzzback Scrounger turn -1/-1 counters into haste, cards, and Treasures. The primary win is a huge Goblin Army swinging for lethal backed by direct damage from Warstorm Surge and Exsanguinate. The commander's die trigger exiles cards to keep the hand full. No hidden commander exists; the deck is built firmly around The Great Goblin's counter-and-death engine.
