Deck overview

This deck is a Jund Aristocrats and Forced Combat strategy commanded by Bhaal, Lord of Murder. It accelerates through early turns using green ramp spells and small creatures, then establishes sacrifice outlets like Goblin Bombardment alongside recursive creatures such as Reassembling Skeleton and Forsaken Miner. Once Bhaal, Lord of Murder enters the battlefield, sacrificing nontoken creatures places +1/+1 counters onto opposing threats and goads them, forcing opponents to attack each other with augmented power. Aristocrat payoffs including Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Mayhem Devil continuously drain life totals as creatures die across the table. Meanwhile, asymmetric control pieces like Grave Pact and Kardur, Doomscourge keep opposing attacks away from you and suppress enemy boards. The deck closes games around turn 8 by using mass theft via Mob Rule, direct burn from Ziatora, the Incinerator, or burst damage from Blood for the Blood God!.
