Deck overview

Rocco, Street Chef is a Naya impulse-value commander: at each end step he exiles the top card of every library, and every land played or spell cast from exile gives you a +1/+1 counter and a Food token. The 99 is built to make that trigger snowball, stacking exile-cast enablers (Urabrask, Heretic Praetor, Uba Mask, Count on Luck, Tavern Brawler, Showdown of the Skalds, Hex Magic), token multipliers (Academy Manufactor, Peregrin Took, Elspeth, Storm Slayer, Stridehangar Automaton), and counter payoffs (Kami of Whispered Hopes, Rishkar, Peema Renegade, Terrasymbiosis, Dusk Legion Duelist). It wins through Passionate Archaeologist turning Rocco into a commander-damage sniper, through hasty Thopter swarms from Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival, and through one huge exile-cast chain turn that buries the table in tokens and pings. Its only compact engine-combo is a clunky Food/Clue/Treasure loop centered on Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, Academy Manufactor, and Jaheira, Friend of the Forest.
