Deck overview

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice runs a classic Selesnya life-gain/populate engine: every creature entering the battlefield doubles as a life payment, then that life is converted into a wider board and, eventually, direct wins. The deck wants early ramp and Soul Warden effects, a turn-four Trostani, then overlapping amplifiers such as Angelic Chorus, Boon Reflection, and Cleric Class to balloon the life total. Life is spent or transformed into board presence via Storm Herd, Soul of Eternity, Crested Sunmare, and Resplendent Angel, or directly into damage through Aetherflux Reservoir and Halo Fountain. Populate effects like Rhys the Redeemed, Growing Ranks, Rootborn Defenses, and Sundering Growth make the token army redundant, while Finale of Devastation provides a haste/trample overrun finish. This is a midrange engine deck rather than a combo deck, with the commander as the primary multiplier for both life and tokens.
