Sir Veil, MASTER CRANKER by Moonsugar

Format: Commander

Commander: Mirko, Obsessive Theorist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir self-mill/reanimator deck helmed by Mirko, Obsessive Theorist, built around surveil triggers to grow Mirko and repeatedly reanimate large threats from the graveyard. The primary plan is to fill the yard through surveil, mill, and discard outlets, then leverage Mirko's end-step recursion alongside classic reanimation spells to establish overwhelming board presence. The deck wins through combat damage from evasive beaters like Archon of Cruelty and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, with a secondary drain/mill package centered on Syr Konrad, the Grim, Bloodchief Ascension, and Mindcrank. It plays a midrange-control game, using counterspells and removal to survive until the graveyard engine takes over.
