Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy is a low-curve (2.47 avg MV) fast-mana Simic combo deck built to double every nonland mana tap and turn that surplus into an infinite-mana kill. The flagship line is Basalt Monolith plus Kinnan: the Monolith taps for 3, Kinnan's trigger adds a fourth mana, and the {3} untap makes the loop net-positive - infinite colorless mana, converted by Walking Ballista pings, Finale of Devastation's haste-pump, or the hidden 99-outlet Thrasios, Triton Hero drawing the entire library. Backup engines Hullbreaker Horror and Tidespout Tyrant loop cheap artifacts into infinite colored mana and bounce-locks, while Kinnan's {5}{G}{U} activation cheats game-ending non-Human threats (Nyxbloom Ancient, Seedborn Muse, Void Winnower, Consecrated Sphinx) straight into play.
