Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov midrange strategy commanded by Mister Negative. The game plan revolves around developing early board presence with resilient utility creatures, +1/+1 counter synergies, and dog tribal elements while steadily padding the pilot's life total. On Turn 6, the deck deploys Mister Negative, using his Darkforce Inversion ability to swap life totals with a damaged opponent and draw a massive burst of fresh cards. Once refueled, the deck uses blink effects like Ephemerate and Conjurer's Closet to repeat enter-the-battlefield triggers and control opposing life totals. Evasion and tap effects such as Bond of Discipline and Bleeding Effect clear the way for decisive combat damage across all three opponents. An efficient suite of spot removal keeps aggressive opponents in check, making the deck a sturdy, explosive combat contender.
