This deck is a competitive Commander strategy built around Urza, Lord High Artificer. It integrates fast artifact acceleration, asymmetric stax pieces, and compact infinite mana combos. Urza functions as a primary mana engine, an infinite mana outlet in the command zone, and an asymmetric parity breaker for lock pieces such as Winter Orb and Static Orb. By tapping these lock pieces for blue mana at the end of the turn before yours, you bypass their restrictions while entirely stalling opposing mana development.
