Dain by Prommieboi

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Dwarf tribal aggro strategy helmed by Dain of the Ancient Halls, whose haste and attack trigger - dealing damage to each opponent equal to the number of Dwarves you control - form the primary win condition. The plan is to amass a wide board of Dwarf creatures, then swing with Dain, often amplified by damage multipliers like Gratuitous Violence or City on Fire, to eliminate all opponents in a single combat. An Equipment subtheme provides protection, utility, and additional combat tricks, while several "Storied" cards reward controlling three or more artifacts, legendaries, or Sagas. Secondary wins come from combat damage from equipped Dwarves and token swarms.
