Thalia, Heretic Cathar - My waifu by user6306574

Format: Commander

Commander: Thalia, Heretic Cathar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-white Soldier list uses Thalia, Heretic Cathar as a low-cost tempo piece while the rest of the deck builds a wide token army. The primary plan is to develop early Human/Soldier synergies, then snowball with attack-trigger token producers and finish through anthem effects and mass token spells. Secondary lines use Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Preeminent Captain to create huge attacking boards, with protection and spot removal keeping the team alive. Thalia's stax effect is useful but not the engine; the deck works without her. There is no hidden commander and no infinite combo, so the deck wins through combat damage.
