Deck overview

This is a Rakdos spellslinger burn deck helmed by Tor Wauki the Younger, built to convert every instant and sorcery cast into a pile of damage. The core loop is simple: deploy a swarm of "whenever you cast an instant or sorcery" pingers - Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, Erebor Flamesmith, Thermo-Alchemist, and Unruly Catapult - then chain cheap burn and cantrips, with Tor amplifying every noncombat damage source by +1 and adding his own 2-damage ping per spell. The deck wins through incremental, table-wide burn, with Grapeshot/Empty the Warrens storm turns and a big Fireball as burst finishers. A dense removal suite (Terminate, Murder, edicts, sweepers) doubles as interaction, keeping the board clear while the pingers grind. It is a value-and-grind deck with no fast mana and no combo lines - it wins by out-damaging the table over a long game.
