Deck overview

The deck uses The Swarmlord to turn +1/+1 counters and creature deaths into a growing resource engine. Early turns develop lands with Rampant Growth, Farseek, Cultivate, Harrow, and Sol Ring, then deploy counter-bearing Tyranids and token makers. Bred for the Hunt, Inspiring Call, and The Swarmlord provide card flow, while Bone Sabres, Clamavus, Death's Presence, and The First Tyrannic War increase board size and counter output. Winged Hive Tyrant is the strongest combat accelerator because it grants haste and flying to counter-bearing creatures. The deck can present a serious board around turn 7, but it usually needs multiple attacks to defeat three opponents. Its main weaknesses are limited tutoring, little stack interaction, tapped lands, expensive spells, and reliance on creatures surviving long enough to attack. It is a strong casual or mid-power tribal deck, not a compact combo or cEDH strategy.
