Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Group Hug and Forced Draw Burn strategy commanded by Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis. The game plan accelerates the entire table with extra card draws and land drops while deploying pillowfort defenses like Ghostly Prison and Propaganda to deter attacks. As opponents accumulate large hands and play numerous lands, passive punishers like Ankh of Mishra, Zo-Zu the Punisher, Iron Maiden, and Razorkin Needlehead chip away at their life totals. The deck transitions into a winning position around Turn 6 by resolving major payoffs like The Locust God, Psychosis Crawler, or Xyris, the Writhing Storm, then casting large draw spells like Prosperity or Mathemagics to trigger massive life-loss bursts or create an overwhelming swarm of hasty flyers. A robust suite of sweepers and spot removal helps keep aggressive opposing boards under control until the table-wide finish.
