Format: Commander

Commander: Noctis, Prince of Lucis

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This Esper control-combo deck is built around Noctis, Prince of Lucis's graveyard-artifact recursion, letting it replay Isochron Scepter, Mystic Forge, Aetherflux Reservoir, and other key pieces after they are used or destroyed. Its primary win is a self-mill line: Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact empties the library, then Thassa's Oracle (or Jace/Lab Man) wins on the spot. A secondary artifact loop uses Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter to generate infinite mana and sink it into Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir. Teferi, Drannith Magistrate, and free counterspells protect the turn. There is no hidden commander; Noctis is the engine, while Teferi is the control hub.
