Deck overview

This Boros deck is commanded by Nahiri, Forged in Fury and focuses on an aggressive Equipment strategy powered by affinity and living weapon mechanics. By playing self-equipping artifacts such as Flayer Husk, Barbed Spike, Glimmer Lens, and Bladehold War-Whip, the deck rapidly builds a wide battlefield while discounting Nahiri's casting cost to just two or three mana. Once Nahiri hits the board on Turn 4, each attacking equipped creature exiles cards from the library and casts revealed Equipment for free, creating a snowballing velocity engine. Massive stat boosters such as Colossus Hammer, Nettlecyst, and Machinist's Arsenal combine with double strike and extra combat steps from Reyav, Master Smith, Bladehold War-Whip, and Hexplate Wallbreaker to close out games across Turns 5 to 7. A robust interaction suite accessible via Sunforger ensures high flexibility while answering key opposing threats.
