Commander: Bill Ferny, Bree Swindler

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue "Horses & Shapeshifters" tribal deck centered on Bill Ferny, Bree Swindler. The core plan uses type-changing effects (Maskwood Nexus, Arcane Adaptation, Leyline of Transformation) to make every creature a Horse, then attacks with Bill Ferny to trigger his ability. When blocked, he can either create a single Treasure or give away a Horse to create three Treasures. The accumulated Treasures fuel larger spells, leading to victory through Mechanized Production (copying an artifact eight times) or by animating the artifact board with Rise and Shine or Cyberdrive Awakener and overwhelming opponents with a wide, evasive army. The deck also includes equipment like Blade of Selves and Quietus Spike to enhance combat, but it remains a slow, value-oriented strategy that relies on the commander's treasure generation.
