Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck harnesses the commander Lathliss, Dragon Queen to turn every Dragon cast into an overwhelming flying army. The game plan focuses on deploying early ramp artifacts and cost-reducing Shamans like Dragonspeaker Shaman to cast Lathliss ahead of schedule on Turn 5. Once assembled, follow-up Dragons trigger Lathliss to create free 5/5 Dragon tokens, while synergy pieces like Dragon Tempest, Terror of the Peaks, and Scourge of Valkas convert creature entries into massive direct burn. The deck rapidly escalates pressure on Turn 6 and eliminates all three opponents by Turn 8 through overwhelming aerial attacks boosted by Lathliss's firebreathing anthem. While resilient in threat redundancy and mana recovery, the strategy remains vulnerable to mass exile wipes and lacks counterplay against noncreature combo spells.
