Deck overview

This Abzan (W/B/G) Food-token deck leans into the classic value engine of creating, sacrificing, and multiplying Food artifacts to fuel life-gain triggers and drain opponents. The partners Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit and Sam, Loyal Attendant work in tandem: Sam generates a Food each combat, and Frodo rewards life gain with the Ring-tempts and card draw. The deck's primary win condition is a life-drain loop - Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose paired with massive life gain from Exsanguinate or Aetherflux Reservoir - while secondary plans use incremental drain (Mirkwood Bats, Agent of the Iron Throne) and token-based combat. Persistent draw engines keep the gas flowing, and a handful of removals protect the board. It is a grindy, value-oriented build that aims to out-life-gain and out-drain the table over the mid-game.
