Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Goblin tribal and amass aggro deck commanded by The Great Goblin. The strategy focuses on swarming the battlefield with Goblin tokens and growing a central Goblin Army using amass cards such as Tidings of War, Rage into the Valley, and Misty Mountains Raider. Each counter placed on a Goblin triggers the commander to deal 2 direct damage to an opponent, while creature deaths yield impulse card draw from exile. The deck closes games around Turn 7 to Turn 9 by delivering heavy combat damage through mass pump effects like Cleaver Riot, Burn Bright, and Trumpet Blast, reinforced by noncombat burn from Aether Revolt. However, the deck runs very sparse ramp and minimal defensive shielding, making it reliant on hitting land drops and vulnerable to board sweepers.
