Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger aggro strategy helmed by Rootha, Mastering the Moment. The primary objective is to develop mana reducers and rock ramp in the early turns, deploy Rootha, and capitalize on her combat trigger by casting high-mana-value instants and sorceries to create massive flying, hasty Elemental creature tokens. Mid-game turns leverage token-cloning engines like Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer and Determined Iteration alongside prowess enablers such as Bria, Riptide Rogue to rapidly scale combat damage across the table. While capable of producing bursts of card advantage through Archmage Emeritus and Curiosity Crafter, the deck commits heavily to its own main phase, requiring careful timing between deploying large spells and holding reactive interaction to protect its board.
