This is a tuned Izzet ping-burn list helmed by Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph. The plan is to flood the board with cheap "deal 1 to each opponent" creatures and walls, then sling instants and sorceries so each 1-damage instance is tripled by Ghyrson's trigger (1 from the source + 2 from the commander). Redundancy comes from a deep bench of pingers-Firebrand Archer, Kessig Flamebreather, Electrostatic Field, Erebor Flamesmith, Coruscation Mage, Thermo-Alchemist, Vivi Ornitier, Gandalf, Goblins' Bane-plus damage amplifiers Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might and Artist's Talent. A premium blue stack suite (Force of Will, Mana Drain, Fierce Guardianship, Force of Negation) protects the engine while cantrips and engines (Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Archmage Emeritus) refill. Secondary angles include overloaded Cyclonic Rift, storm turns off Prismari, the Inspiration, and chaotic burn like Game of Chaos. It is a proactive burn-control deck that wins by melting three life totals at once, not by infinite combo.
