Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Mardu combat and midrange engine led by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost outlaws (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks) during the opening turns, casting Olivia on turn 4, and converting unblocked combat connections into a steady stream of Treasure tokens. These Treasures are then spent to place +1/+1 counters on the entire team or animated into 3/3 Construct Assassins using Vihaan, Goldwaker. The deck supplements its aggressive token-beatdown strategy with disruptive hatebears like Opposition Agent and Orcish Bowmasters, alongside explosive combat finishes from Akroma's Will, Aggravated Assault, and Great Train Heist. A secondary infinite combo between Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond offers an alternate win condition. While vulnerable to mass nonland bounce and exile sweepers, the deck leverages efficient recursion and free commander protection spells to sustain pressure.
