Ratadrabik of Urborg by Ginko

Format: Commander

Commander: Ratadrabik of Urborg

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Orzhov legendary-sacrifice/reanimator deck built around Ratadrabik of Urborg. The primary plan is to field legendary creatures with useful death triggers, sacrifice them, and let Ratadrabik convert every legendary death into a 2/2 nonlegendary Zombie token copy. Meanwhile, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Syr Konrad, the Grim drain the whole table with each death. Cards like Saw in Half, Blade of Selves, Legion Loyalty, Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, and Gandalf the White multiply the number of legendary deaths and token copies, while a deep 15+ card recursion suite - Sheoldred, Whispering One, Storm of Souls, Primevals' Glorious Rebirth, Sevinne's Reclamation - keeps the legendaries coming back. Sidisi, Undead Vizier acts as a hidden tutor commander, especially under myriad. The finish comes from a literal infinite sacrifice/drain loop with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Cauldron Haze, or from a massive token-death turn that drains everybody out.
