Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black reanimator and aristocrats strategy commanded by Junji, the Midnight Sky. The primary game plan focuses on filling the graveyard with high-impact creatures using cards like Entomb and Buried Alive, then cheating them into play ahead of curve. By combining Junji, the Midnight Sky with low-cost sacrifice outlets and one-mana revival instants like Feign Death and Undying Malice, the deck repeatedly triggers devastating death abilities. These loops strip opposing hands of resources and assemble game-ending life drain through Kokusho, the Evening Star and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Strong card-draw engines like Vilis, Broker of Blood and Necropotence keep resources flowing, while continuous edict effects keep opposing battlefields clear. The deck reliably creates an oppressive game state by Turn 4 and closes the game shortly thereafter.
