Deck overview

The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai rad and mill deck that turns milling into +1/+1 counters. Mothman gives each player rad counters on entry and attack, then distributes counters equal to nonland cards milled. The deck pairs this with counter doublers (Hardened Scales, Winding Constrictor, Kami of Whispered Hopes) and payoffs that create tokens or draw cards when counters are placed (Herd Baloth, Basking Broodscale, Danny Pink). A secondary infinite uses Bloodchief Ascension with Mindcrank and The Master of Lake-town to mill and drain all opponents at once. Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Six act as hidden graveyard engines that rebuild the board when the commander is removed.
