Deck overview

This deck executes a high-synergy Jund midrange plan combining Dragon tribal beatdown with an explosive Treasure and sacrifice engine. Led by Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, the deck uses early ramp and token makers like Tireless Provisioner and Kalain, Reclusive Painter to establish mana velocity. On Turn 4, Korvold enters the battlefield and immediately turns token sacrifices into steady card draw and commander growth. The mid-game deploys potent flying threats like Goldspan Dragon, Ganax, Astral Hunter, and Lathliss, Dragon Queen alongside aristocrat drain pieces such as Mirkwood Bats and Mayhem Devil. Without relying on infinite combos or fast mana, the deck overwhelms the table through raw card flow, doubling combat damage with Atarka, World Render and executing wide burn with Chandra's Ignition. While light on stack interaction, redundant threats ensure strong resilience against single-target disruption.
