Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger and Wizard-tribal deck commanded by Gandalf, Party Guest. The strategy establishes early board presence with low-cost legendary Wizards that reduce spell costs and increase Wizard count. Once Gandalf enters, his combat trigger cheats high-impact instants and sorceries into play without paying their mana costs. On the decisive turn, the deck leverages mana engines like Storm-Kiln Artist, Kykar, Wind's Fury, and powerful rituals such as Jeska's Will or Mana Geyser to generate massive mana and card draw. The win is delivered through scalable multi-target burn spells like Crackle with Power or Jaya's Immolating Inferno, often amplified by Veyran, Voice of Duality or copied via Thousand-Year Storm. A robust interaction suite and protection pieces like Teferi, Time Raveler and Silence ensure safe execution.
