Deck overview

This mono-white deck focuses on value-driven blink and token synergies led by Appa, Steadfast Guardian. Appa's airbend ability temporarily exiles your permanents so you can recast them for a flat cost of {2}, triggering both their enter-the-battlefield effects and Appa's token creation ability. Early turns establish mana acceleration and deploy low-cost utility creatures like Spirited Companion and Wall of Omens. Flashing Appa in allows you to reset these permanents, generating a steady stream of 1/1 Ally tokens while drawing deep into the library through engines like Welcoming Vampire and Bennie Bracks, Zoologist. The deck converts this wide board state into victory via decisive overrun effects such as Moonshaker Cavalry, Akroma's Will, and Mirror Entity. Robust protection spells like Teferi's Protection and Eerie Interlude ensure the engine survives opposing disruption.
