Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is led by The Great Goblin, turning counter placement and creature deaths into burn damage and card flow. The strategy blends Goblin tribal synergies with Amass mechanics to continuously grow Armies, generate disposable tokens, and pressure life totals. By casting the commander on Turn 3 and following up with Amass spells like Dreadhorde Invasion or token engines like General Kreat, the Boltbringer on Turn 4, the deck creates a compounding value engine. It pivots into a game-ending threat on Turn 6 through mass token production from Krenko, Mob Boss, overrun effects like Assault on Osgiliath, or aristocrat drain loops. The deck features strong recursion and redundant tribal tutors, though its reliance on creature boards leaves it vulnerable to exile sweepers and fast combo strategies.
