Deck overview

This deck is a aggressive Mardu Treasure deck commanded by Vihaan, Goldwaker. The strategy revolves around generating a massive stockpile of Treasure tokens through efficient low-cost engines like Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff, Professional Face-Breaker, Grim Hireling, and Smothering Tithe, then using Vihaan's static ability to animate those Treasures into 3/3 Construct Assassin artifact creatures with vigilance and haste during combat. Because the animated tokens retain vigilance, they can attack for massive chunks of combat damage while remaining untapped to cast instant-speed interaction, protection, or further spells in the post-combat main phase. The deck is supported by powerful token doublers like Mondrak, Glory Dominus and Academy Manufactor, asymmetric board wipes that refund mana in Treasures like Blood Money, and lethal alternate win conditions including Hellkite Tyrant and Revel in Riches.
