Deck overview

This deck is a Jund forced-combat and damage-reflection engine commanded by Thantis, the Warweaver. Its primary game plan revolves around giving creature tokens to opponents with cards like Grismold, the Dreadsower, Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor, and the Hunted creature cycle, then forcing those creatures into combat with Thantis or Fumiko the Lowblood. Once opposing boards are sufficiently populated, the deck converts wide creature presence into direct life total damage using reflection pieces like Repercussion, Brash Taunter, Stuffy Doll, and Toralf, God of Fury // Toralf's Hammer combined with global damage spells like Blasphemous Act and Chain Reaction. The deck features solid 1-2 CMC ramp, robust draw engines that trigger whenever creatures die, and high functional redundancy across its key components, enabling it to execute explosive noncombat damage kills from a stable midrange shell.
