New Untitled Deck

Format: Commander

Commander: Satoru Umezawa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a UB "ninjutsu cheat" deck built around Satoru Umezawa. The core plan is to deploy a cheap unblockable creature, cast Satoru, then convert every attack step into a repeatable Sneak Attack: any creature in hand can be ninjutsu'd in for {2}{U}{B}, entering tapped and attacking. Early targets are huge tempo plays - Ancient Silver Dragon draws roughly a dozen cards, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur empties opponents' hands, and Hoarding Broodlord sets up an exiled X-spell finish. The reanimation suite of Buried Alive, Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, and Victimize provides redundancy if the commander is taxed or countered. The deck closes out with Torment of Hailfire/Exsanguinate on a big mana turn, backed by a dense instant-speed interaction package.
