Deck overview

This Golgari deck leverages Chatterfang, Squirrel General as both an explosive token multiplier and a versatile removal engine in the command zone. By turning any token creation into additional 1/1 Squirrels, the deck quickly generates critical mass for sacrifice outlets, mana generation, and card draw. The primary path to victory involves assembling compact infinite aristocrat loops using Pitiless Plunderer or Warren Soultrader alongside drain effects such as Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Mirkwood Bats, draining the table from 40 to 0 in a single turn. Alternatively, the deck can bypass combo lines entirely by utilizing broad token swarms boosted by Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation. Exceptional tutor density ensures reliable access to required pieces, while cards like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos lock down opposing creature strategies.
