Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Azorius Voltron deck is helmed by Willie Lumpkin, Postman, an unblockable 1/3 that draws cards and politically pacifies an opponent each turn it connects. The primary game plan is to suit up Willie with a dense suite of Equipment and Auras-Colossus Hammer, Nettlecyst, Battle Mastery, Fireshrieker-and close out games via commander damage. The deck leverages cheap Equipment tutors (Steelshaper's Gift, Open the Armory), draw engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Puresteel Paladin, and a robust protection package (Blacksmith's Skill, Champion's Helm, Darksteel Plate) to keep the commander on board through sweepers and spot removal. Pillow-fort effects (Ghostly Prison, Propaganda) buy time, while recursion from Sun Titan and Sevinne's Reclamation rebuilds after wipes. No infinite combos are present; victory is achieved through consistent, hard-to-block combat damage.
