Deck overview

This is a low-curve Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Bria, Riptide Rogue that weaponizes a dense suite of cantrips, rituals, and magecraft payoffs. The plan is to deploy cheap cost-reducers and ping/token engines, then chain noncreature spells to grow a prowess army, generate treasures, and finish through storm damage or unblockable combat. Bria, Riptide Rogue is a strong combat enabler-granting team-wide prowess and on-cast unblockable-but the deck's engines and finishers live in the 99, so she is additive rather than mandatory. Primary wins come from storming Grapeshot, draining with Guttersnipe/Coruscation Mage/Sorcerer Class, or crashing through with tokens and pumped Otters/Wizards. Secondary paths include overloaded Mizzix's Mastery, Thousand-Year Storm turns, and Ral, Crackling Wit's storm emblem.
