Deck overview

This is a Simic +1/+1 counters deck built around Sin, Unending Cataclysm, a 7-mana flying trampler whose ETB absorbs every counter on the board and doubles them into +1/+1 counters on itself. The game plan is to deploy a dense web of counter engines - Pensive Professor, Baxter, Fly in the Ointment, Forgotten Ancient, Thrummingbird - while a remarkably deep instant-speed interaction suite (13 counterspells plus removal and protection) keeps the board stable. Once enough counters are in play, Sin enters as a 21+ power finisher, gets equipped for evasion and haste, and closes the game with three commander-damage swings. Backup pressure comes from Vulture, Feathered Fiend, Emil, Vastlands Roamer, and Deekah, Fractal Theorist, with The Millennium Calendar as a slow alternate win. The deck is deliberate, interactive, and grindy: it wins through accumulated value and a single overwhelming Leviathan, not through a fast combo.
