Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger and graveyard-centric combat deck led by The Emperor of Palamecia. The primary plan accelerates early with format-ceiling fast mana, rapidly dumps noncreature spells into the graveyard through looting, wheels, and mass self-mill, and casts 4+ CMC noncreature spells to transform Emperor into The Lord Master of Hell. Once transformed, Lord Master of Hell's Starfall ability triggers on attack, dealing direct noncombat damage equal to the number of noncreature, nonland cards in the graveyard to each opponent simultaneously. The deck closes games on Turn 4 by pairing Starfall with trigger doublers like Harmonic Prodigy, damage doublers like The Rollercrusher Ride, infect from Grafted Exoskeleton, or by chaining extra turns and extra combat phases. If the commander is answered, the deck pivots into an independent Underworld Breach storm loop. A suite of free countermagic protects the combo turns.
