Deck overview

Helmed by Toph, the First Metalbender, this Naya list is a hybrid artifact-combo and landfall engine. Toph's static ability turns every nontoken artifact into a land, so artifact ETBs double as landfall triggers, while her end-step earthbend can animate utility lands and even artifact-lands as hasty creatures. Early game aims to accumulate lands and artifacts while stocking the graveyard through fetches, Aftermath Analyst, and Goblin Engineer. Midgame, mass land-return effects like Splendid Reclamation, Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, and Aftermath Analyst's activation fuel Omnath, Locus of Rage, Avenger of Zendikar, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum. The cleanest finish is a Krark-Clan Ironworks loop with Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever/Junk Diver, and Zuran Orb to generate infinite mana for Walking Ballista. The deck is slow, draw-light, and leans on one fragile combo line backed by landfall inevitability.
