Krenko by Philas

Format: Commander

Commander: Krenko, Mob Boss

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Krenko, Mob Boss is an exponential Goblin swarm deck that taps Krenko to double its board each turn and wins through combat or simultaneous ping damage. Krenko is the central engine and needs haste from Goblin Chieftain, Goblin Warchief, or Fervor to activate the turn he enters. Secondary paths use enter-the-battlefield and death triggers from Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Boggart Shenanigans, Pashalik Mons, and Throne of the God-Pharaoh, with sacrifice outlets Skirk Prospector and Goblin Bombardment to convert tokens into damage. Purphoros and Skirk Prospector act as hidden commanders as the main payoff and mana engine when Krenko is unavailable or too expensive.
