Deck overview

This is a high-density Izzet Wizards spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Kaza, Roil Chaser, built around one central idea: pack the board with Wizards so that Kaza's tap ability discounts your instants and sorceries by a game-warping amount. With roughly two dozen Wizards spread across Goblin Electromancer, Baral, Chief of Compliance, Stormcatch Mentor, Mizzix of the Izmagnus, and Archmage of Runes, the deck turns every spell into a nearly-free iteration of a storm chain. The primary win is assembling infinite mana through Reiterate plus a ritual, or untap loops with Dramatic Reversal and Aphetto Alchemist, then firing a massive X-spell such as Crackle with Power, Banefire, or Comet Storm at each opponent. Secondary lines include Niv-Mizzet, Parun plus Azami, Lady of Scrolls as a machine-gun, and recursion via Snapcaster Mage and Finale of Promise to re-fire the whole chain.
