Deck overview

This Selesnya voltron deck uses Sergeant John Benton to convert combat damage directly into massive card advantage. By accelerating Benton out on Turn 2, the deck immediately threatens opponents with cheap pump spells and double strike enablers. When Benton connects, his triggered ability draws cards equal to the damage dealt, refilling your hand with fresh pump spells and protection magic. The deck leverages no-maximum-hand-size effects and extra land drop enablers to deploy resources rapidly. Opponents are eliminated sequentially through commander damage across Turns 3 to 5.
